The State of Kuwait participated in the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention (epa_kw) in the United Arab Emirates - COP28 Framework Convention on Climate Change in Dubai, in the presence of the representative of His Highness the Crown Prince and Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Sheikh Salem Al-Sabah, and accompanied by a group of Their Excellencies, where he was received by the head of the technical team, Eng. Samira Al-Kandari, Director General of the #Environment_Public_Authority, and the technical negotiating team, as the Authority is considered the national contact point for the agreement. The State of Kuwait also participated in a pavilion at the conference during which lectures were given on national efforts to adapt to the effects of climate change.
